The short version: there is no account, so there is no profile of you. Your session history, streaks, favourites and preferences are stored in your own browser and never sent to us. To delete all of it, clear site data for sacredfrequency.net in your browser settings — there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf, because we never had a copy.
We use three analytics services to count visits and see which pages are useful: Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies; Simple Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal data; and Paddy Analytic, which records page views, scrolling and clicks under a random identifier that changes every day, is told when a tool is used but never what you typed, and does not run at all if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
If you send a message through the contact form, Netlify Forms receives your name, email address, topic and message, and we use them only to reply. If you subscribe to updates we store your email address for that purpose alone. The site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs for security.
The tools generate sound on your device and never request microphone access; nothing is recorded or uploaded. If you are in the UK, EU or a similar jurisdiction you can ask what personal data we hold, and have it corrected or deleted. The site is not directed at children under 13.
